Stop Sequencing

Optimize by appointment windows first, geography second. A tighter mileage sequence that misses an appointment costs more than a longer sequence that hits every window.

Weight and Pallet Tracking

Deliver-then-pickup routes need running weight/pallet counts. Overloading between stops is a common CVSA violation on multi-stop routes.

Appointment Confirmation

Confirm each stop 24 hours out. One missed appointment can cascade and cost the entire route.

POD per Stop

Capture signed POD at each stop. Chargeback disputes on multi-stop loads always trace to missing PODs.
