We will disclose information when required by law (subpoena, court order) and will notify you when permitted.

DispatchTool is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security and tenant isolation. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow industry best practices.

We will post material changes to this policy in the app and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
