How it works

Every message — inbound SMS, outbound push, in-app chat, broker email — is threaded against the load. Anyone with access to the load (dispatcher, driver, ops manager) sees the full conversation history. New tenant member added next week? They are caught up in seconds.

Bidirectional SMS

Drivers without smartphones still work with us via SMS. Their replies appear inside the unified thread, indistinguishable from in-app messages, with full delivery and read receipts.
