Friction is the enemy of adoption. The fewer taps a driver needs to see today's load and start navigation, the more they will actually use the app — and the more accurate your operational data becomes.

How fast is it?

Face ID open → today's loads visible: under one second on any iPhone X or newer. No password to remember, no MFA codes to wait for. Yet sessions remain fully secure: tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore and refresh in the background.

Fallbacks

Older devices fall back to PIN. PIN fails three times → password. Password forgotten → magic link to email or SMS. Drivers are never locked out.
