DispatchTool is one platform for dispatching jobs, tracking your trucks live, sharing tracking links with customers, collecting proof of delivery, invoicing, and reporting. Drivers get an iOS and Android app with truck-safe turn-by-turn navigation.

How much does DispatchTool cost?

Solo is $19.99/month or $199/year for one truck. Multi-Truck is $49.99/month or $499.99/year for up to 5 drivers. Fleet plans cover 10 drivers ($99.99/month), 15 drivers ($149.99/month) and 20 drivers ($199.99/month), and Enterprise covers up to 30 drivers at $250/month. Every plan includes the full feature set.

Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start it and you are not charged today. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

Is anything free without a card?

Yes. Truck-safe GPS navigation is free with no card: 5 truck-routed trips every month, plus unlimited navigation whenever you are running a dispatched load. All 17+ trucking calculators and the lane rate estimates are free to use as well.

Does the navigation know my truck?

Yes. Routing is commercial-vehicle aware, using your height, weight, length and HazMat settings to avoid low clearances, restricted tunnels and roads your truck is not allowed on.
